Warren Hershkowitz is the Chief Operating Officer of Rebel Interactive. In this role, Warren directly manages and executes the growth and expansion strategies of the organization’s Technology teams. Additionally, his experiences over the last 30 years will allow him to help drive similar growth in the Rebel’s operations, sales, marketing, technology, recruiting, technology, and HR units. Warren is also responsible for developing and implementing key integrations between the company’s Rebelware and Ninja platforms. Under his leadership, the entire organization is uniquely positioned to redefine ‘best-in-class’ tools and selling strategies for Rebel’s employees and clients.  

Warren has had a long and diverse career spanning 25 years working at some of the most successful residential, commercial, and advisory real estate firms in the country. He has been responsible for over $2 billion of investment sales transactions in his career.  He has led Sales, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Operations Teams which were ultimately responsible for billions of dollars of Sales, Rentals, New Development, and Investment Sale transactions. He has passionately dedicated his career to designing agent tools, business strategies, and professional development to thousands of residential, commercial, and new development real estate agents in firms such as Douglas Elliman, Halstead, Brown Harris Stevens, Citi Habitats, Coldwell Banker (Arvida Realty Services), and Keller Williams.

Most recently as the Global Head of Marketing and Brokerage Operations at WeWork, Warren led a global, cross-functional team in launching two business units – a Tenant Rep Brokerage and a Global Referral Platform.  Both businesses were responsible for developing new revenue streams by lengthening the sales life cycle of the company’s unconverted sales and existing members segments.  Warren oversaw the marketing, technology, operations, legal, compliance, recruiting, training, data science, and accounting functions.  He designed and developed the technology platforms which delivered thousands of leads to a global broker network using regression models that mined millions of opportunities.   While at Square Foot Advisors, a real estate brokerage consulting firm, some of his highlights included 1) implementing complex CRM platforms across thousands of users which led to increases in agent productivity and commissions, 2) develop lead/demand generation marketing systems which handled multi-channel online and offline nurturing journeys which increased conversion rates and LTV while reducing lead acquisition costs, 3) launched comprehensive branding and marketing strategies related to business launches, expansions, and acquisitions, and 4) recruiting, retention and compensation strategies to increase top line revenue and reduce agent turnover. 

His extensive experience in New Developments while at Douglas Elliman involved the management of over 200 projects – with emphasis on staffing, compensation negotiations, development of a centralized lead and project management system, streamlining the concept to close new development lifecycle, and delivering cost reduction / increased sales strategies to developers and investors which impacted their bottom-line profitability. 

Warren currently lives in Westchester County, New York with his wife and two daughters. He holds two Bachelor’s Degrees (Economics and Literature/Rhetoric) and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Finance. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Florida. Warren is a Certified Salesforce.com Administrator, has completed and passed the CCIM coursework, qualified for his PMP Certified Project Management Certification, and received a Certificate in Data Science. He is an active board member in several not-for-profit organizations and is an elected official as a Fire Commissioner of the Greenville Fire District in Scarsdale.  Warren is currently an Associate Professor New York University teaching Masters levels courses in the Integrated Marketing Department.
